Eowen Valk lives in the Netherlands. She writes short horror stories and fantasy. Several of her stories appeared in Dutch anthologies. She also writes stories in English. You can find an overview of her publications here.
In 2020, her fantasy story “De strijd tegen leefbelasting” won the 3rd prize at the Dutch short story contest Waterloper. She decided it was time to stretch her wings and try something different: writing in English.
In 2024, her Dutch story De strijd om Alecs rechten got the second prize at the EdgeZero 2024 edition.
Besides writing, she loves spending time in nature, reading, watching movies, and growing vegetables in her garden.
